hot air ballon

what to talk abt this sem?
very busy and stressful ><
from the begining of this sem start with pesta ang pau...
until my house full of cny decoration stuff...

my housemate khor err decorating the fruit basket

meichee and celine doing the exhibition things

ang pau fan made by shinyeh

then with the practise of chinese orchestra...
after that is the test 1...
dunno why feel so stressful during test 1...
everyday study until 2am only go slp...like im fighting for final==
so im so worry wad time i go slp when my final exam start...><

there is a special course i take this sem, that is the FOOD PREPARATION
learn abt wad cooking method retain the most nutrient...have better texture, taste and appearance...
wad is the function of specific materials in cooking etc...
of course also have the lab session for us to cook
every week with different group of food...

1st week peanut brittle 

2nd week vege oil cranberry muffin

3rd week special fruit with cream

4th week fry winged bean and french bean with prawn

these are the dishes that i done until now...

cucumber cooler

chocholate mousse

watermelon sherbet

apple mousse

fudge (a crystalline candy)

fruit rojak

baked apple with spice

fruit juice with 3 layes...tomata pineapple and orange...

i also take anatomy this sem...and have a chance to go to anatomy lab to look at the dissected dead body...a real human body...to see the stucture and organ inside the body...haha of course this one no pic ><

finish campus story

now is fun story

i went to the 5th Putrajaya international hot air ballon fiesta right after my last exam paper...

so rush to have lunch and prepare all stuff in one hour then straight away set up to putrajaya...

building there all so pretty and spectacular...thats why there is pusat pentadbiran...must leave good impression to other country's minster wad...

start to queue at 3pm coz we want to ride onto the balloon...actually the time to sell ticket is start on 5pm==

we kiasu one coz only the first 300 ppl is allow to ride...

because of the strong wind and bad weather, they need to delay the flight...

until 8pm only we start to get into the balloon...

it is really very hot...the switch to release fire is open around every 30sec to heat the air inside balloon and make it rise...feel like the fire is on ur head...ya it really on ur head== 

the balloon is pull by 3 rope to control it... so it wont rise too high...

will be more syok if it can fly higher!!

@7 and light up when fire is on haha

the ticket to ride on the hot air ballon...RM 20

we three fly together...
p/s: each balloon can only afford to carry 200kg haha

it is really tired to queue so long time

but i think it worth...coz i have been ride on the hot air ballon...

 and met an auntie from penang with her family who are from penang...

they are so nice...=)
